About the Workshop

Purposes

The aim of the workshop is to help participants develop their individual skills as negotiators, focusing particularly on managing situations where results and relationships are equally important. Help to understand the profile of each participant and explore the techniques that can be effective when negotiating. Demonstrate how the application of these tools can expand negotiation skills in the future.

Approach

For us, training is creating scenarios and experiences to equip people with new resources, skills and perspectives; enrich their repertoire to navigate a challenging and changing world. Through cases, situations, dynamics and exercises, we ensure that the participant goes through the experience of learning by doing.

Goals

  • Organize your ideas and systematize the way you prepare, conduct and evaluate negotiation processes.
  • Develop your negotiation skills.
  • Get more efficient and creative results in each negotiation.
  • Increase your ability to face and resolve conflicts by creating value from differences.
