The techniques to be used will depend on the situation and challenges of the case, although our methodological approach is based on the Theory and Tools of the Harvard Negotiation Project. The materials and methodologies are adapted to each case.
We have models and tools to help our clients prepare their negotiations, diagnose those that are in progress and measure the results after the process is concluded, with or without an agreement.
Our intervention, before, during or after each negotiation, not only provides a systematic way of approaching each stage, but also constitutes a learning experience. This way, our customers will be able to incorporate and use these models and tools independently in the future. For us, it is very important that whoever hires us can self-manage the use of the methodology.
