WELCOME TO CMI INTERSER

We improve our clients' ability to negotiate and lead collaborative processes

We are an international consultancy specialized in negotiation, management of significant relationships and conflict resolution.

We originate from the Harvard Negotiation Project, the world’s most recognized negotiation and theory center for the past 40 years. Our predecessors, Conflict Management Inc, (CMI) and Conflict Management Group (CMG) were the pioneering organizations in putting these ideas into practice in the most diverse areas.

Our purpose

Improve our clients’ ability to negotiate, manage meaningful relationships and lead collaborative processes based on a systemic and integrated awareness of reality. Help them achieve their goals in a sustainable way, positively impacting their environment and all areas of their existence.

The Interser CMI Model

Based on the idea that each tool, model or skill should aim to develop three dimensions: cognitive, emotional and philosophical/spiritual, our model ensures that each person increases their potential in six areas, namely.

NEGOTIATE

In the most diverse scenarios and contexts of the personal, family, social, business, political world, etc., to achieve their objectives, individuals and organizations need to articulate interests, manage differences, resolve conflicts and generate agreements. They need to negotiate.

KNOW YOURSELF

We do not see reality as it is; we see reality as we are; We see this through the lenses of our paradigms, beliefs, prejudices and frames of reference that condition and imprison our view of reality. Self-knowledge awakens and frees. Without self-knowledge there is no freedom.

COMMUNICATE

Leading, negotiating, persuading, connecting and influencing are the different forms that the verb communicate takes. There is no relationship possible without communication. It is an indispensable skill, a resource and a vehicle.

DISCERN

To resolve conflicts, generate options and make decisions, creative thinking is necessary; capable of elaborating, comparing, reframing and choosing. Able to discern.

LEAD

Change is a constant; reality moves. Organizations need to make changes and changes need leaders. It is essential that someone is on the leadership side of the change.

INTERSER

Using awareness or mindfulness to discover the best way to seize opportunities, solve problems or make decisions in our organizations and in our lives.
